Dr. Rosa Beck & her staff are absolutely amazing!!! I can't say enough good about this dentist. She's personable & discusses your treatment plan with you thoroughly. Appointments are easily made to accomodate your schedule & the office atmosphere is cozy & comforting. I had four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Cooper(another dentist that does extractions), he was also amazing! I felt NO pain & the procedure was quick, literally a lunch break appointment..EVERYONE gets an A+++ from me for providing star quality service!! Needless to say I would recommend my family, friends, Co workers or a neighbor who is in need of a GOOD dentist!
We had so many negative experiences and when I called starting with the front desk all the way through both appointments, my son had top notch care. I plan on going myself soon and could not recommend anyone better. Definitely give them a try if you are looking.
The hygienists are quick and thorough with the examination and cleaning. At my first visit, they were able to get my records into the system quickly and send me back for cleaning right away.
I was seen by Dr. Lamun and she was sweet and efficient. Doctors not only do the regular dental examination after the cleaning, they also check gums and do a quick facial muscle examination for any tumors or irregularities. All staff were well-trained and patient to answer any and every question or concern. I'm excited to have found an office that I can trust and look forward to coming back to regularly.
Dr. Lamun is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is only 20 min from my house, but I would easily drive an hour or two out of my way to see her. I initially went to this office to get a second opinion on a terrible report I had from Burleson Smiles Dentistry. I was informed I had 6 cavities and needed one extraction. My supervisor referred me to her after I told her this is the worst report I ever received. Her office squeezed me in the same week to do a quick checkup . She confirmed that I only had 2 cavities and explained that lasers (she does not use them) detect potential damage, but that damage can be reversed with proper toothcare. She and her dental tech, Tina , were so kind and helpful that I booked an appointment the following week. I arrived to my appointment 15 min late at 3:15 (they were still very accommodating) and was out the door at 3:50! The cavities I had were so small that she recommended I not use the numbing agent, I have never done that before. I am squeamish and have a low tolerance for pain , so when she suggested that, I was almost offended lol but I allowed her to work on me with no agent and, I didn't feel a thing! Unbelievable! I left the office feeling great, with no numb mouth, no pain and not out of pocket hundreds of dollars! I would've spent over $400 at Burleson Smiles where I had already spent $190 on sealants alone! I spent only $70 to fill both small cavities and that included sealant! She saved my teeth :), and she didn't inject me with stuff I didn't need. Honestly she's more than just a great dentist, she's a great person. Thank you Ivy Rose Dentistry!
